Cancellation and refund policy for Smart Opportunities for Women Workshops

If you need to cancel your place, our refund policy is as follows:

10 working days or more before the start date 100% refund
Between 4 – 9 working days before the start date 50% refund
Up to 3 working days before the start date 0% refund

Any cancellation or refund request must be submitted in writing to Smart Opportunities for Women. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the written cancellation request. The refund will be made in the way you originally paid.

Terms and conditions

A booking form must be completed, signed and returned to Smart Opportunities for Women in order to reserve a place on the course. Smart Opportunities for Women reserves the right to cancel a course or change the date of a course (e.g. if there are insufficient num¬bers or trainers’ mitigating circumstances). If this occurs, we will offer an alternative session or as a last resort, we will refund your workshop fee in full.

(Please note that a place will not be held for you on the course until payment is received).

The above cancellation and refund policy will still apply if you are paying by invoice and we have not received your payment when you cancel your place on the course.
