Top employers for working families
To mark its 30th anniversary, Working Families, the UK’s leading work-life balance organisation has published its inaugural list of top employers for working families. The list which has been published as part of National Family Week showcases family-friendly employers that have had the most significant impact over the last three decades.
According to Working Families, many of these organisations began their family-friendly journey many years ago, and have helped to transform the workplace. In judging the winners, the following issues were considered: flexible working, childcare provision, maternity and/or paternity policy and help with eldercare responsibilities.
