Employers warned to take precaution.

Employment lawyers have warned that employers who fail to protect their staff adequately from the swine flu pandemic could face legal action. In order to avoid lawsuits, the law firm Dickinson Dees warns that employers need to take extra precautions to provide a safe working environment such as ensuring people with symptoms are sent home promptly and providing soap and hygiene gels on site.
